Join Artist Lisa Leskien on a 3k hike of the park to collect inspiration and then use that inspiration to create a beautiful, 5x7 linocut print of Frontenac Park. All materials, step-by-step instruction, park admission a registration gift and lunch included. Beginners welcome.

About the event
Join local Artist Lisa Leskien as she leads you on a 3k hike of the beautiful trails in Frontenac park where you will gather your inspiration, and then in the Frontenac Park outdoor classroom, Lisa will lead you through her process of carving and printing a happy trails landscape linocut print (and print an edition of 10 prints). You will leave the workshop with a beautiful series of 10 linocut prints showing the beauty and energy of Frontenac Park. All printmaking supplies, step-by-step instruction, park admission, a registration gift and lunch will be provided. Participants need to bring comfortable, clothes for the hike, a camera (cell phone works well), water, and snacks. A bagged lunch from a delicious local restaurant will be provided.
